About

Our Pastor

Pastor John Eric Rembert was born and raised in Beacon, New York. He is the son of Willie D. Rembert (deceased) & Rosa D. Penfield ( deceased). He is the youngest of two sons. He has an older brother, David Wayne. John retired from theUnited States Army after twenty-seven years of service as a First Sergeant in October 2010. He was an Active dutySoldier, attached to Alpha Battery 1/258th Field Artillery, stationed at Stewart Airbase in New Windsor, NY. John has served his country in many different places.

His favorite Bible scripture comes from Psalm 34:8 (KJV)

O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

John has served on the City Council board (2018-2020) in Beacon NY. John is an active member of the AmericanLegion, Post 203, Beacon, and NY.
